ARTEA

Artea is a award-winning Taiwanese tea shop and café with two locations in San Antonio, Texas near the University of Texas at San Antonio, known for its variety of fresh boba and Taiwanese-fusion foods from their Michelin trained chef, Robert.

When I began creating content for their social media accounts, I wanted to utilize the most notable aspects of their brand. Known for their Taiwanese sun bear mascot and their instagrammable pink neon sign that reads, “Take Life One Sip at a Time”, I chose to incorporate these elements into Artea’s new curated look on social media as I believe they speak to Artea’s primary audience of UTSA students and food-stagrammers.

Now the signature neon pink and sun bear play a great role in increased follower engagement and the cohesiveness of the feed. In addition to refining the aesthetics of their instagram, animations have know been incorporated into the page. Overall, Artea’s successful social media campaign involved intuitive planning and ongoing optimization to ensure that the campaign reached its intended audience of sophisticated foodies and college students alike.
